Courses people can hear — with attendance and evaluation built in

An online course platform I built for organizations that teach through live and recorded sessions. Students enroll and listen to classes; coordinators and admins manage access, attendance, progress, and evaluations — without stitching LMS + Zoom sheets + spreadsheets.

What we offer

Course listening Enroll, approved access, lecture progress, continue where you left off.
Attendance Attendance sheets, session attendees, Zoom attendance sync paths, listener stats.
Evaluation Quizzes, daily/course progress reports, module completion gates.
Ops dashboards Student, coordinator (approve classes), and admin (permissions / users) roles.

Market problem

Teaching orgs juggle a player, a video tool, a sheet for attendance, and ad-hoc quizzes. Enrollment approvals and “who finished which module” fall out of sync — especially when coordinators gate courses one by one.

State of the art

Generic LMS tools are content-first and weak on attendance/ops for live teaching communities. Custom Zoom+Sheets stacks do not scale governance.

This product: one system for listen + attend + evaluate + approve.

Approach

  • Role-based product from day one (student / coordinator / admin)
  • Progress as a first-class object (unlock next modules on completion)
  • Attendance treated as operational data, not an afterthought export

Tech stack

  • Modern SPA
  • Role-based access control
  • Attendance / quiz APIs
  • Progress analytics
  • Zoom attendance integrations

Outcomes

  • Live deployment for partner organizations
  • End-to-end loop: enrollment → listen → attendance → evaluation → reporting

Live deployment for partner organizations (public brand name omitted).
